Proof of Talk has become one of the defining gatherings for digital assets, market infrastructure, and the institutions shaping the next chapter of on-chain finance. Hecto is building new market infrastructure for that gap. Hosted on Canton, Hecto is designed around three rails: prediction markets that surface live demand, tradable tokens that can support structured exposure, and institutional vaults for reviewed private market workflows.
Each rail exists because private markets do not have one type of user, one level of eligibility, or one product shape. The infrastructure has to respect those boundaries while still creating a clearer gateway into the market.

The Prelude will take place at a private club founded in 1901, a setting with a long history of hosting French presidents, European royalty, and generations of Parisian society. For one day, it opens its grounds to senior voices in the industry for golf, padel, lunch, and the conversations that rarely happen on stage.
